Clovis has opened its private mainnet, combining cross-chain transfers and yield features with borrowing against eligible positions in Morpho-built markets on Base, all through one account.

Users can deposit assets on supported chains and transfer holdings between them. They can also use eligible positions to borrow assets through markets built on Morpho on Base.

The launch adds a cross-chain account to Base’s Morpho lending activity. Coinbase has also launched fixed-rate crypto-backed loans through Morpho Midnight on Base. That product, launched Sept. 22, lets borrowers set borrowing costs and repayment dates in advance. Coinbase’s variable-rate USDC service on Base uses Bitcoin (BTC) collateral converted into Coinbase Wrapped Bitcoin (cbBTC), with borrowers receiving USDC.
