About $2 million worth of Dai (DAI) taken from an address labeled Bofur Capital in an August address-poisoning attack was converted into 825.5 Ether (ETH). The attack followed a withdrawal from Compound.

Address poisoning uses look-alike entries in transaction history to prompt users to copy a spoofed wallet address. In a separate case, a user lost about $305,000 in DAI after copying a fake address from transaction history, in an earlier address-poisoning incident.
