OpenAI began a gradual rollout of GPT-Live-1.1 on Friday, Oct. 16, bringing the update to ChatGPT, Codex and dots. It adds voice options in six languages: French, German, Hindi, Mexican Spanish, Korean and Japanese. The rollout is intended for all users.

The update also improves accent performance and reduces transitional prompts, including messages such as “checking.” OpenAI plans to add API support in a later release.
