Evercore Sees External Google TPU Sales Potentially Generating $113B in 2028

Evercore ISI estimates that external sales of Google’s AI chips could generate $75 billion in 2027 and $113 billion in 2028. The figures are potential revenue from sales to outside customers.

Google Cloud began recognizing revenue from TPU system sales in the quarter ended June 30, extending the business beyond cloud-based access to the chips.
