DeepSeek has revised V4.1 Flash with self-feedback reinforcement learning to improve performance on open-ended coding tasks, including building games and 3D models from scratch.

DeepSeek’s website, app and API have moved to version V4.1-Flash-1017. The update is intended to handle broader programming requests, including building complete projects.

The same rollout included a 77.0% DeepSWE v1.1 Pass@1 score, up from 74.2% for the September version, and Search and Fetch API access for developers.
