Binance AI Pro Requires Manually Funded Accounts for Live Trading
Users can run up to 10 strategies, but the initial release does not offer historical backtesting.

Binance’s AI Pro trading tool requires users to fund a separate sub-account before an automated strategy can trade, putting a manual step between approving a strategy and committing funds.
The account controls add detail to the Oct. 19 AI Pro rollout. Each live strategy operates in its own sub-account, separate from the user’s main account. Users can pause or revoke a strategy, and the sub-account cannot withdraw assets to an external address.
AI Pro turns plain-language instructions about trading conditions and risk limits into a workflow. On desktop, users can inspect and edit individual steps; on mobile, they can refine a strategy through chat. They can try a strategy with virtual funds through paper trading before approving it for live use.
Live trading is available on the free Standard plan, which includes 250,000 credits per month. Premium costs 19.99 USDC a month and provides 10 million monthly credits, along with access to additional AI models where available. Both allowances refresh monthly. The credits cover use of the tool; users must provide their own funds for live strategies.
Users can maintain up to 10 strategies in total across paper trading, live trading and signals. The initial release supports spot and USDS-M futures strategies where regional rules allow. It does not include historical backtesting, so users cannot use that feature to check how a strategy would have performed against past market data. Paper trading remains available for testing with virtual funds.
The product is part of Binance Intelligence, which also includes an app assistant and developer tools for AI agents. AI Pro runs on Binance.com, the global exchange that US residents cannot access. Binance.US is a separate platform, and this rollout does not include it.
