An address linked to the June Aztec Connect exploit deposited 1,255.8 Ether (ETH), valued at about $3.01 million, into Tornado Cash on Oct. 19 after holding the stolen assets for roughly four months.

The transfer comprised 30 deposits. Twelve carried 100 ETH each, five carried 10 ETH, five carried 1 ETH and eight carried 0.1 ETH. The deposits totaled 1,255.8 ETH.

Before moving the funds, the attacker redeemed vault tokens and converted stolen token holdings into an additional 346.767 ETH. Balances of all six stolen ERC-20 tokens fell to zero. The original haul included 908.987 ETH, bringing the combined ETH amount close to the total deposited.

The June 14 attack exploited a settlement verification flaw in a deprecated Aztec Connect contract and drained about $2.19 million in assets at the time. Those assets included ETH, DAI, wstETH and Yearn vault tokens.
