Solana Completed Non-Vote Transactions Rise 23.3% in Third Quarter
The third-quarter count reached 8.78 billion, up from 7.13 billion in the second quarter. September accounted for 3.18 billion completed transactions.

Solana’s completed non-vote transactions rose 23.3% to 8.78 billion in the third quarter of 2026 from 7.13 billion in the second, providing a direct comparison with the preceding quarter.
September accounted for 3.18 billion completed non-vote transactions. Another 1.52 billion non-vote transactions reverted that month. A completed transaction executes and keeps its result; when an instruction fails on Solana, the transaction’s state changes are reversed.
The measure excludes validator votes but can include activity from apps and bots. The increase therefore does not establish how many people used the network.
The Solana Foundation used the 8.78 billion figure in an Oct. 6 ecosystem roundup. A later Solana post used 8.92 billion for the quarter and put that figure 104% above the fourth quarter of 2025. That comparison with late 2025 covers a different period from the 23.3% quarter-to-quarter increase.
