Revolut's Oct. 20 outage disrupted app access, transfers and card payments in several European countries, leaving some customers unable to access their accounts or complete purchases at stores.

Customers in the U.K., France and Spain reported trouble signing in to the app, moving funds and paying by card at physical stores.

Revolut acknowledged that multiple services were affected and said engineers were working to restore them.

The U.K.-based financial technology company has more than 80 million personal customers worldwide and provides cross-border payments, foreign exchange and cryptocurrency trading.
