Extended plans to move settlement from Starknet to Arc, putting positions at risk for users with more than $1 of Tether (USDT) or Wrapped Bitcoin (wBTC) in a sub-account.

Extended's notices give conflicting deadlines for holders to complete a conversion or withdrawal.

The requirement applies when a USDT or wBTC balance exceeds $1 in a sub-account, and holders can convert or withdraw the affected asset.

Users who do not take either step risk forced position closures.

Extended plans to make the settlement move on Oct. 22.
