NVIDIA plans to move much of the work needed to assemble and test Vera Rubin AI factory systems into manufacturing, aiming to shorten deployment at prepared sites to as little as 14 days. Its DSX POD reference design groups the equipment in modular containers before delivery.

Partners are expected to install computing equipment, networking, cabling, rack-level power and liquid cooling, then check the integrated systems before shipment. The 14-day timeline is NVIDIA’s estimate for a site that is ready; the location still needs power, cooling and network connections.

NVIDIA is working with 17 partners, including Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Schneider Electric and Vertiv. Worldwide deliveries are planned for early 2027.

DSX POD is one option within NVIDIA’s broader DSX AI Factory Platform. Conventional data-center construction and on-site integration remain available approaches.
