AEON Expands AI Checkout to Hotel Bookings Through Travala

The V2 release adds an onchain Agent Wallet to manage agents’ available funds, record transactions and help users track spending.

AEON has expanded its Agentic Checkout V2 to hotel bookings through Travala, letting users describe lodging needs in natural language while AI agents search for rooms and help make reservations.

The release adds an onchain Agent Wallet that manages funds available to agents and records transactions. The Agent Wallet helps users track agents’ spending as the service extends from online shopping to travel bookings.

Shopify has also expanded AI agent checkout across merchant sites.
