Venus Sets Oct. 23 Cutoff for opBNB, Optimism and Unichain Support

Venus Protocol, a decentralized lending platform, will discontinue support for opBNB, Optimism and Unichain on Oct. 23, affecting users with open positions on those networks.

Venus announced the decision Sept. 21, setting a cutoff just over a month later. Users with open positions on any of the three networks have been advised to close them and withdraw their funds before Oct. 23.

The deadline applies to all three networks. Once the change takes effect, Venus will support fewer networks.
