Grok Bot Adds Calendar and Contact Access on iOS and Android

Grok Bot is now available on iOS and Android with access to calendars, reminders, contacts and other mobile apps, bringing the agent’s task tools to users’ phones.

Musk later reposted the announcement and described Grok Bot as integrated with mobile apps.

The mobile rollout adds to Grok Bot’s multistep vehicle tasks in Tesla’s Cybercab and Model Y. Those voice tasks include placing coffee orders, booking reservations and scheduling appointments.

In Tesla vehicles, Grok Bot is distinct from standard Grok functions and Connectors. Connectors link Grok with Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and Google Drive, while Grok Bot is designed for more complex, multistep actions.
