dYdX Treasury SubDAO’s seventh regular staking review called for delegating about 10.72 million DYDX, which would raise its delegated balance from roughly 90.04 million to about 101 million.

The newly assigned tokens would come from the SubDAO’s buyback program. The review also called for redistributing about 15.15 million DYDX already delegated, bringing the planned adjustments to roughly 25.87 million.

The review followed proposal 396, which reduced the active validator count from 31 to 21 on Sept. 17. About 8.34 million treasury DYDX remained with validators outside the active set and could no longer earn rewards.

The allocation plan designated more of the new tokens for validators whose existing delegations included a smaller treasury share. The allocation rules reduced the amounts designated for validators that abstained or did not vote on recent governance proposals. The SubDAO’s plan called for removing all its delegations from Interstellar, Luganodes, Silk Nodes, Citadel.one and DELIGHT.
