LidoFinance announced Turbulence Controls for Lido Lend, a proposed lending market, as a measure aimed at severe collateral disruptions such as hacks and liquidity problems.

The announcement follows LidoFinance’s launch of a Guardian Security Council focused on reviewing collateral and limiting lenders’ exposure to tainted assets and emerging attack methods.

Lido contributors have proposed Lido Lend as a decentralized lending market based on a modified Morpho Blue design. The proposal calls for isolated markets for blue-chip assets and correlated pairs such as stETH and Ether (ETH).
