Hyperliquid revised its testnet operation-priority rules after user feedback, exempting seven operation types from lowering other operations’ priority before submission finishes and adding an agent-signature deposit operation.

Except for noop, scheduleCancel, cancel, cancelByCloid, order, modify and batchModify, other operations lower the priority of other operations until submission is complete. Under the revised rules, noop and scheduleCancel no longer affect other operations’ priority.

Hyperliquid also added cDeposit2, a new operation that works similarly to cDeposit and supports agent signatures.
