The app brings profiles and transaction activity from fomo, pump and Farcaster into one feed; separate proposals would change Zcash’s block schedule and GMX’s buyback and unstaking rules.

OpenSea opened its app to public downloads Oct. 25, bringing trader profiles and on-chain activity from several platforms together with wallet tracking and trading features. The release gives users a single app for following transactions and trading across several asset types.

The feed includes profiles and activity from fomo, pump and Farcaster. Users can follow on-chain transactions and claim a profile. They can add funds through Apple Pay, create or import wallets, and track assets across wallets from one account.

The app supports trading tokens, meme coins, NFTs and trading cards. Cross-chain liquidity and real-time pricing support trade execution. OpenSea plans to add customizable trading signals and on-chain performance profiles in later releases.

Separately, Zcash developers agreed on proposed activation height 3,543,405 for the NU7 upgrade, targeted for around Nov. 5. The change would shorten block intervals from 75 seconds to 25 seconds and temporarily remove 60% of each block’s fees from circulation. Those funds are scheduled to begin returning to miners around February 2031, while the existing mining-reward halving schedule would remain unchanged.

NU7 would also shut down Sprout, leaving any assets not moved out of the system unable to be spent. As of 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) Oct. 21, the activation-height proposal had not been merged into the deployment specification. It still needs to be included in node software to take effect.

A GMLabs-003 proposal on GMX’s governance forum targets Oct. 28 for changes to the platform’s token economics. Under the proposal, Solana business revenue left after GT token buybacks would fund GMX buybacks, and the purchased tokens would be added to staking rewards.

The proposal would also impose a 180-day wait to unstake GMX and esGMX positions on Arbitrum and Avalanche, applying to existing and new positions. On-chain staking rewards had not resumed when the proposed changes were described.
