Rambus introduced a power-management chip for LPDDR6 SOCAMM2 memory modules and Root of Trust security IP designed for data centers.

The power-management chip is designed for LPDDR6 SOCAMM2 memory modules. The separate Root of Trust offering adds security IP for data centers.

The additions cover memory power management and data-center security.
