Injective opened six markets for its Injective Options product on testnet, initially restricting access to whitelisted participants. The launch brings capped-payout calls and puts tied to U.S. stock indexes, commodities and an AI computing power index.

The markets cover SICI, an index tracking the 500 largest U.S. companies, an index tracking the 100 largest U.S. technology companies, gold, silver and WTI crude oil. SICI is Injective’s previously announced benchmark for Nvidia GPU rental prices, which uses hourly data from compute markets.

The options use European exercise and settle in USDC. Buyers’ maximum loss is the premium they pay. Sellers must lock enough native USDC in advance to cover a contract’s maximum payout.
