Twelve deposits totaling 1,200 Ether (ETH) entered Tornado Cash on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 18 days after the CryptoBilis theft.

The funds were valued at about $2.78 million. Wallet 0x468b…2a4e sent 600.1 ETH to each of two new wallets, which made 12 deposits of 100 ETH apiece. The deposits occurred between 10:24:59 and 10:27:23 a.m. ET (14:24:59-14:27:23 UTC).

The Oct. 9 theft affected people who bought Ledger devices through CryptoBilis, a Southeast Asian distributor. Ledger confirmed Oct. 11 that one victim’s device contained an unauthorized hardware implant. Earlier coverage also documented a 2,990 ETH movement to Tornado Cash by wallets linked to the incident.
