Axis Robotics en Español Says Pi Network Integration Plan Is Underway

Axis Robotics en Español, a Spanish-language community account for the robotics project, said Oct. 28 that a technical integration plan with Pi Network is underway. The development follows Pi Network Ventures’ participation in Axis’s $12 million seed round.

The account said it hopes to launch the plan “very soon” and described its aim as scaling physical AI together. It gave no launch date or technical scope, and did not identify a product or explain how the integration would work.

Axis announced July 27 that it had raised a $12 million seed round led by Hack VC. Pi Network Ventures, Nomad Capital, 10K Ventures and angel investors also participated. Axis did not disclose Pi Network Ventures’ individual contribution to the round.

Pi Network Ventures is a $100 million initiative established through the Pi Foundation and launched in May 2025. Held in Pi and U.S. dollars, it is intended to back businesses that could advance Pi’s utility, adoption and real-world use. The investment connected the fund to a company working on robotics data infrastructure.

Axis builds infrastructure for robotics data work, including task generation, data collection, model training and optimization. Its approach combines simulation, real-world data capture and human input. The integration post did not specify which parts of that work would be involved.

The account’s post also did not say whether the plan would use the Pi blockchain, Pi (PI), payments or Pi’s user network. It announced a plan in progress but left the technical implementation and any role for PI unspecified.
