0xBeans Proposal Would Split One Tokenized Share Into Two Tokens
The early-stage design assigns separate tokens to overnight and regular-session moves, with both redeemable together for the underlying share.

0xBeans has proposed splitting one tokenized share into two tradable tokens, one for overnight price moves and another for the regular trading session.
The two tokens together would remain redeemable for the underlying share. The idea treats overnight and regular-session moves as separate trading windows, which can behave differently.
The structure could let traders trade overnight earnings exposure, hedge a particular period or build decentralized finance (DeFi) strategies around either token. The proposal remains at an early stage.
The design draws on Pendle’s principal-and-yield model, which separates those components into tradable positions. It applies a similar approach to the periods when a stock generates returns. Pendle has also launched fixed-yield products tied to tokenized Nvidia and Tesla stocks.
