Add as a preferred source on GoogleAnthropic Filing Details Cancellation Terms for SpaceXAI Compute Deals
Initial noncancelable periods end in January and March 2027; either party may cancel afterward with 90 days’ written notice.
Anthropic’s Oct. 26 Form S-1 outlines when either side can exit its computing agreements with SpaceX.AI LLC (formerly X.AI LLC), adding cancellation terms to a previously disclosed capacity commitment.
SpaceX.AI LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.; the filing refers to it as SpaceXAI. Anthropic entered into and amended several agreements with SpaceXAI between May and October. NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) power the capacity.
The arrangements have initial noncancelable periods ending in January and March 2027. After each applicable period, either party may cancel the relevant agreement with 90 days’ advance written notice.
The cancellation terms add detail to Anthropic’s previously disclosed SpaceXAI spending.
