Request Network launched an orchestrator dashboard Oct. 29 that gives payment platforms, gateways and marketplaces tools to configure merchant onboarding and manage stablecoin payment programs.

Operators can create branded onboarding links and view each merchant’s setup status. Merchants connect a wallet, choose a settlement chain and select a stablecoin. Payment pages can display the platform’s branding or a merchant’s name, colors and logo.

Teams can set default fees and adjust them for individual merchants, with separate charges for collections and payouts. They can assign each fee to the payer or merchant. The platform’s share is split on-chain and sent to its wallet, while payment funds remain outside the platform’s custody.

The dashboard supports Hypernative and Merkle Science as screening providers, with a primary and backup option. Platforms can use standard or custom know-your-transaction (KYT) rules, or let merchants choose a provider. A failed wallet check stops a payment before it starts, so funds do not move. A super administrator controls sensitive settings such as fee destinations, screening rules and team access; other team members can manage routine merchant operations.

Creating an orchestrator ID takes one API call. The dashboard becomes available the next time the platform connects a wallet. Request Network’s standard transaction fee is 0.9%, with a maximum of $500 per transaction. Platforms may add their own markup.
