Binance Pauses Withdrawals as Ripple, World Liberty Financial Freeze Assets
He Yi said withdrawals will remain paused until Binance confirms its security environment is safe. Ripple's freeze was cited as about 200 million, with no denomination specified.

Binance paused withdrawals while it checks that its systems are secure, co-founder He Yi said, as Ripple and World Liberty Financial froze assets described as related to the incident.
He Yi said Ripple's team froze about 200 million in related assets, but her post did not specify the denomination or token. World Liberty Financial froze $27 million in USD1 and 48 million WLFI tokens, which she valued at about $2 million.
He Yi thanked both teams for helping freeze the assets.
Binance will keep withdrawals suspended until it confirms that its security environment is safe, He Yi said. On-chain data showed possible outflows in connection with a suspected attack on a Binance hot wallet. She described the pause as a precaution to protect users' funds.
