XRPL Foundation Adds Flare, Removes Anodos From Recommended Validator List
Anodos Finance requested removal as it planned to sunset its validator by the end of October. Flare’s FXRP lending activity uses markets outside the XRP Ledger.

The XRP Ledger Foundation added Flare to its recommended validator list and removed Anodos Finance at its request, changing the Foundation’s guidance for servers that use the list in validator selection and voting.
Servers that follow the recommended list use it when selecting validators for voting on the XRP Ledger. The update applies to the Foundation’s recommendations, not a network-wide change to the validator roster. Anodos Finance requested removal as it planned to sunset its validator by the end of October.
Flare’s lending markets accept FXRP, a representation of XRP, as collateral through smart contracts operating outside the XRP Ledger. One market on Morpho, an Ethereum-based lending protocol, has FXRP as collateral in Sentora’s RLUSD Main vault. That lending activity uses external infrastructure and is separate from the Foundation’s validator-list change.
