She said $60 million in USDT collateral is outside the full-freeze scope and unfreezing could add about $14 million to recoverable assets.

He Yi said the attacker took about $46 million worth of Ether in an Aave-related incident, while $60 million in USDT tied to Aave collateral is outside the full scope of freezing measures.

The two figures describe different funds: the $46 million is the value of ETH taken, and the $60 million is USDT posted as Aave collateral. He Yi said the collateral is not covered by a complete freeze, so the $60 million should not be read as funds the attacker removed.

She said law-enforcement unfreezing could add about $14 million to recoverable assets. That would raise the amount recoverable; she described the additional $14 million as potential recovery, not funds already returned.

The update is part of the response to the Aave-related rsETH attack, which has included an Arbitrum-level freeze of related ETH and DeFi United support to address the shortfall.
