The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) is investigating reports of a hack involving Binance with private-sector partners, including Circle, while the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is aware of the reports.

Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange. The reports do not confirm that a hack occurred. Circle is identified as a private-sector partner in the inquiry.
