Trump Says Investigators Are Probing North Korea Link to Binance Hack
Earlier blockchain analysis pointed to the Lazarus group and traced stolen TRX through a bridge in Bitget Wallet.

President Donald Trump said investigators are examining whether North Korea was behind a hack involving Binance, leaving the attack's attribution unresolved as the inquiry proceeds.
Trump said he is following the incident. No details were disclosed about the evidence under review or when investigators might reach a conclusion.
Earlier blockchain analysis by investigator ZachXBT and security firm SlowMist had pointed to the Lazarus group. The analysis described stolen TRON (TRX) moving through Bitget Wallet's cross-chain bridge. A destination address had previously been used in the Phemex hack, whose attacker was linked to the group behind the Bybit attack.
Those earlier leads do not establish who carried out the Binance hack. The investigation has not disclosed further details or a timeline.
