Allium Says Data Shares Pass Historical Checks After Security Incident
The data-share incident remained open on Oct. 30, with the Allium App, Explorer UI and Explorer Queries still in partial outage.

Allium said Oct. 30 that data shares on Snowflake, BigQuery and Databricks had cleared historical checks across all chains and regions, a recovery milestone as its security investigation continues.
Data delivery resumed by Oct. 27, but the data-share incident remained open on Oct. 30. The Allium App, Explorer UI and Explorer Queries remained in partial outage, while Allium Assistant and Allium MCP were still unavailable.
Allium detected the security incident Oct. 25 and disclosed unauthorized access to some of its systems Oct. 28. CEO and co-founder Ethan Chan said the company had moved to restrict access, notified affected customers and hired an independent cybersecurity firm. Chan said the work includes strengthening authentication and monitoring.
Allium’s on-chain data also powers a stablecoin dashboard on Bloomberg Terminal.
Allium has not explained how the access occurred or what information it reached. It plans to publish a summary of its findings after the investigation concludes.
