Blockaid Warns of Suspected Attacks on Kintsu, Flap and StonkBrokers
Malicious scripts may steer wallet connections to pages designed to steal assets; Blockaid is investigating.

Blockaid warned that an active front-end attack linked to the StepDrainer toolkit may expose users of Kintsu, Flap and StonkBrokers to wallet theft if they connect to the affected sites.
The security company said malicious scripts had been inserted into the targeted websites. A user who selects a wallet-connection option may then be sent to a page designed to steal assets, Blockaid said. World Liberty adviser Ogle amplified the warning, saying he had received the alert from Blockaid and urging users to stay off the sites and avoid connecting wallets.
Blockaid said the activity was tied to the StepDrainer toolkit and that it was investigating while gathering more information. The alert named Kintsu, Flap and StonkBrokers as affected services. A front end is the website layer visitors use to access a service; the warning centers on malicious code and wallet connections there. Blockaid said its review was still underway.
