StonkBrokers founder SimpleFarmer said its official website was not hit by a suspected StepDrainer front-end attack, after Blockaid withdrew a security warning and removed the platform from its affected list.

SimpleFarmer said on X that the domain tied to the alert was not the company’s official site. The official address is StonkBrokers.io, and the team took the flagged domain offline, the founder said.

Blockaid removed StonkBroker from its list of affected services and deleted its earlier warning post. The alert had identified StonkBroker in connection with a suspected StepDrainer front-end attack.

SimpleFarmer characterized the alert as a false positive. The founder’s statement addressed the distinction between the domain named in the warning and the official StonkBrokers.io website; Blockaid’s update removed the platform from the affected list.

The correction centered on the domain itself: SimpleFarmer said the site identified in the alert was not the official address for StonkBrokers.
