Tydro restored its USDC borrow cap to $75 million after a freeze, while $18.6 million in available liquidity limits immediate new lending.

A borrow cap sets a maximum borrowing limit for the reserve. It does not show how much USDC is immediately available to borrowers, because liquidity is a separate condition.

The cap sets a protocol limit, while available liquidity sets a lower ceiling on immediate new lending.
