Core Network completed a hard fork Monday, moving 68,146,177.22 CORE from three attacker-controlled addresses, or about 70.2% of the tokens affected in the Oct. 31 incident.

A total of 97,045,563 CORE was affected in the incident. The tokens moved represent about 70.2% of that balance, leaving the remaining affected amount outside this recovery. The network transfer is separate from returning tokens to users, which has not begun.

Related funds held or frozen by exchanges also have not been returned. b14g is checking balances and preparing a plan to distribute the recovered CORE, but no official claims process has opened for affected users.

Core Network completed the recovery through a one-time change to its on-chain state. The adjustment did not roll back transactions, create additional CORE or change the token's total supply. The network transfer and user distribution remain distinct stages of the recovery.
