FOBO Contracts Require a 48-Hour Delay for Buyback-Fund Actions
A separate factory gate waits about 24 hours before allowing a quote asset, while factory pauses and signer rotations remain immediate.

FOBO’s smart contracts on Robinhood Chain require a 48-hour minimum delay for owner actions involving buyback funds, while a separate gate makes quote-asset additions wait about 24 hours.
Three FOBO components — TimelockController, FoboFactoryGate and FoboBoundedFeed — were deployed on Robinhood Chain on Oct. 31. TimelockController governs FoboBurner, which handles buyback funds, and sets the minimum delay before an owner action involving those funds can run.
FoboFactoryGate requires 7,200 blocks, or about 24 hours, before a quote asset can be added. Removing a quote asset is immediate, as are factory pauses and signer rotations.
FoboFactory creates each token and its pool, while FoboHook manages the pools. The same contract setup and rules apply to each token created through the factory.
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 built using the Arbitrum platform. Its public mainnet launched July 1, 2026.
