Consensys introduced Sovereign Network Interoperability, a capability designed to let financial institutions settle securities, exchange currencies and post collateral across ledgers without routing assets through bridges or otherwise transferring them externally.

Separately, Consensys and ClearToken plan a round-the-clock settlement service for tokenized securities and cash. Consensys would provide interoperability and tokenization technology, while ClearToken would contribute regulated settlement infrastructure. The companies’ separate settlement initiative remains in the planning stage.

A Devcon 2026 session in Mumbai is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Booth 08. It will cover how institutions can coordinate settlement across their ledgers in one atomic transaction, as described in the scheduled Devcon discussion.
