Binance Sets 11 p.m. ET Start for Expanded Crypto Withdrawals
Access will return in stages after security checks, while deposits remain open and unaffected.

Binance has set an 11 p.m. ET Monday (04:00 UTC Nov. 3) start for expanding withdrawals to more assets, with availability rolling out after security checks following its security incident.
The expansion will not make every asset available at the same time. Binance is prioritizing tokens based on user demand over the past week, and each network and asset pair will open only after completing security checks.
Deposits remain open and are unaffected by the withdrawal rollout. Binance’s withdrawal page and network status page will show which assets and networks are available.
The exchange cautioned that traffic during the rollout could cause temporary delays. Users whose withdrawal attempts fail can try again later.
Binance also reiterated its pledge to bear the financial impact from stolen funds rather than pass the losses to users. The exchange began restoring some withdrawals on Nov. 1; the latest phase extends that staged process to additional assets.
