Huawei Cloud to Stop Selling Two openPangu-2.0 AI Model Services
Huawei Cloud recommends DeepSeek and GLM replacements. It plans to begin taking the services offline on Nov. 30.

Huawei Cloud, the Chinese cloud provider, will stop selling its openPangu-2.0-Flash and openPangu-2.0-Pro AI model services this week, recommending DeepSeek and GLM replacements ahead of a planned shutdown.
Huawei Cloud said it would stop selling the services on Nov. 6. New customers will then be unable to buy either service. Existing customers can continue using them until they are taken offline.
Huawei Cloud recommends DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 for Flash users and GLM-5.3 for Pro users.
Huawei open-sourced the 92-billion-parameter Flash model on June 30 and the 505-billion-parameter Pro model on July 31. It plans a new openPangu generation but has not given a model name or release date.
Huawei Cloud plans to begin taking both services offline on Nov. 30. Once the shutdown is complete, existing users will also lose access.
