Matter Labs Links Prividium SOC 2 Attestation to TPP-18
The Type 2 examination covered security, availability, confidentiality and privacy. Customers and qualified prospects can access the report under nondisclosure agreements.

Matter Labs has identified Prividium’s SOC 2 attestation as a deliverable under ZKsync governance proposal TPP-18, linking the platform’s institutional security review to a governance commitment.
Thoropass Assurance conducted the Type 2 examination, which tested whether controls operated effectively during a review period that ended Sept. 30. The examination covered security, availability, confidentiality and privacy. Matter Labs had announced its completion on Oct. 27.
A Type 1 review completed in the first half of 2026 assessed the design of controls as of May 29. The Type 2 examination was still in progress on Oct. 12.
The report is available to customers and qualified prospects who sign nondisclosure agreements. Vendor risk teams at banks and regulated institutions typically require a Type 2 report before approving a platform for deployment.
