Xiaomi disclosed that its humanoid robot attempted an eight-hour factory operation sorting center-console side covers, a trial that included correcting problems and coordinating with production-line systems.

The robot faced the eight-hour work challenge at a sorting station. The disclosure did not confirm that it completed the full operation.

Xiaomi also began trial operations for a home system based on its Xiaomi-Robotics-1 model at Xiaomi youth apartments. The system completed more than 50 tasks across three rooms in a sequence lasting more than 30 minutes.

The model was pretrained using 100,000 hours of real-operation trajectories. In July, it ranked first on the RoboCasa 365 and RoboDojo leaderboards. Xiaomi disclosed the factory and apartment trials during the 2026 World Internet Conference.
