Ondo Finance has moved USDY to continuous pricing, allowing the tokenized note to reflect yield during weekends and holidays and for holders who keep it only a few hours.

The change replaces once-a-day price updates. Platforms already using the new USDY Oracle Wrapper switch over automatically. Other platforms need to direct their USDY integrations to the wrapper on each chain where they use the token. Ondo will keep the previous oracle running through the end of 2026 while platforms complete the transition.

With instant minting and redemption, eligible holders outside the United States can enter or exit USDY at any time, subject to scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime.

USDY is a tokenized note tied to short-term U.S. Treasury securities and bank deposits, rather than a conventional dollar stablecoin. The offering is limited to non-U.S. individuals and institutional investors under Regulation S, and excludes U.S. persons. Read more about USDY’s distribution limits.
