Binance CEO 何一 confirmed Nov. 4 that a firing over an employee's work-computer download of 爱奇艺 happened at the exchange, connecting Binance to a case raised amid security and device-management discussions.
“The person fired for downloading 爱奇艺 on a work computer was also at Binance. We accept the loss and will pay for it, but this must not happen again,” 何一 said.
Her comments addressed security incidents and internal device management.
