Spotware Launches Cross-Firm Alerts About Potential Trading Threats
Firms exchange encrypted, anonymized data and receive alerts about potential threats. The service assesses onboarding risk, then monitors trading, while each firm retains account and payout decisions.

Spotware Systems launched cAntifraud Wednesday, Nov. 4, enabling foreign-exchange and contracts-for-difference brokers and proprietary trading firms to exchange data and receive alerts about potential threats while leaving account and payout decisions to each firm.
The service assesses risk during onboarding, including initial know-your-customer checks, then monitors trading activity. It examines trading patterns, execution timing, account links and signs of coordinated activity.
Participating firms exchange encrypted, anonymized data and receive alerts about potential threats. They cannot view other members’ client information. cAntifraud does not automatically block traders or decide whether payouts should be approved; each firm’s risk team handles those decisions.
“Trading abuse doesn't stop at the boundaries of a single firm, but that's often where a risk team's visibility ends,” said Pavel Demin, cAntifraud’s general manager at Spotware.
The service supports cTrader, MetaTrader 5 and other major platforms through a universal API. It can operate independently or alongside Spotware’s cBridge liquidity bridge. The early-bird price is $250 per month, 75% below the $999 monthly base price, with the rate locked for 12 months.
