Blast Closes Layer 2 Network and Opens a 12-Month Recovery Window
Applications cover Ether and dollar assets in Blast L2 wallets, pending withdrawals or Blast Mobile.

Blast has ended operation of its Layer 2 network, and users with assets still tied to the service have a year to request recovery of Ether or dollar assets. The closure leaves a time-limited recovery process for users who had funds in Blast services at the point of shutdown.
The recovery option covers three situations: funds remaining in a Blast L2 wallet, withdrawals that had not completed before the shutdown, and assets held in Blast Mobile. Users in those groups can submit an application through Blast's official recovery website. The assets specified for recovery are Ether (ETH) and dollar assets.
The website is set to stay open until Nov. 4, 2027. That date is the deadline for users seeking to recover assets through the service. The 12-month window applies to the three listed locations, giving users with wallet balances, pending withdrawals or Blast Mobile assets until the site closes to file their applications.
