Certinia’s Veda Had 24 AI Agents Live by Sept. 22 After Expansion
The Sept. 9 expansion added 14 agents and increased the action library to 135. Certinia set a goal of more than 40 agents and 300-plus actions by the end of 2026.

Certinia’s Veda suite had 24 AI agents and 135 actions live by Sept. 22, following a Sept. 9 expansion that added agents for workflows across professional services, customer success and financial management.
The expansion added 14 agents and increased Veda Intelligent Actions from 64 to 135. Certinia launched Veda in April as a suite of AI agents and actions for those business functions.
Veda uses business records and work context, with agents able to act within workflows. Certinia calls the expanded offering a “System of Action” for services businesses.
Certinia set a goal of more than 40 agents and 300-plus actions by the end of 2026. Those figures are targets, not delivered totals. The company acquired Moonnox, an AI-native services-delivery platform, in July.
“AI can only move the needle for our customers when it's grounded in real business context and judgment they can trust,” Certinia CEO DJ Paoni said Sept. 9.
