Circle Launches Agentic Managed Payments and Expands Agent Marketplace

Circle launched Agentic Managed Payments and expanded its marketplace for agents. The company also introduced simpler tools to help agents obtain funding; those tools are a separate offering from the payments product.

The update adds to Circle’s existing agent-focused products. That launch paired Circle Gateway nanopayments with Agent Wallets, a command-line interface and a marketplace for agent services.

Agents can use the stack to store funds, discover services and send programmable payments through supported chains and protocols. The Agent Stack also includes permissions and spending controls.
