SignalPlus said it will fully reimburse customers affected by a cyberattack detected Nov. 4, after reporting total losses of less than $82,000 in the incident.

The company traced the attack to a compromised third-party Telegram account. Some user accounts without IP allowlisting were affected.

As a precaution, SignalPlus worked with exchange partners to revoke all API keys linked to its service and temporarily paused its terminal while it responded to the breach. Binance had also revoked SignalPlus API keys and told users to check their accounts and wait for confirmation before reconnecting.

SignalPlus expects to restore all services in the coming days.
