DeepSeek Harness Reaches 1.54 Million Daily Active Users Among Official API Users

The tool processed about 92 trillion tokens per day, and its community had about 35,000 third-party plugins.

DeepSeek Harness had 1.54 million daily active users as of Nov. 4, and its users processed about 92 trillion tokens per day, with both measures limited to people using DeepSeek’s official API.

The figures cover only official API users, not DeepSeek’s full user base. The company released the tool’s first version Aug. 13 and launched a desktop version Sept. 29.

The Harness community has about 35,000 third-party plugins. About 60% of active users have created or installed at least one.

DeepSeek plans to build an official plugin marketplace and is preparing a token incentive plan for developers.
