Sky Proposal Seeks Nov. 19 Osero Upgrade Linking Ethereum and Base
The plan would enable cross-chain USDC transfers through Circle’s CCTP and add a Gauntlet-managed vault on Base.

A Sky ecosystem forum proposal would link Osero’s liquidity layer on Ethereum and Base in a Nov. 19 upgrade, enabling cross-chain USDC transfers and adding a Gauntlet-managed vault on Base.
The proposal lists seven changes across Ethereum mainnet and Base. They include activating Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) on both networks, setting limits for cross-chain USDC transfers and creating a permissions mechanism on Base.
The Base changes would add the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault, a Morpho Vault V2 managed by Gauntlet. The proposal also calls for an initial USDC allocation to the vault.
Osero represented 1% of Sky’s combined assets as of September 2026, while Prime Agents collectively represented about 65%. Sky’s agents deploy protocol assets into specialized investments within risk limits set by Sky governance, part of Sky’s broader asset mix.
The proposal schedules the changes for the Nov. 19 Osero Spell.
